#MySpineMyWorld is a spine care awareness initiative by Indospine Hospital, Ahmedabad. Our goal is to give people simple, accurate information they can act on.

Independence

We do not publish paid or sponsored content, and we do not accept advertising. Our articles do not promote products.

How we choose topics

We write about the questions people ask our doctors and physiotherapists most often, everyday habits that affect the spine, and warning signs that need care.

Sourcing standards

We base our content on peer-reviewed research, national and international clinical guidelines and the World Health Organization. Every health article lists its references.

Plain language

We write for everyone, not for doctors. We use short sentences and explain medical terms the first time we use them.

Medical review

Every health article is reviewed by a qualified medical reviewer before it is published. See our Medical review policy.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake, please contact us. We review every report within 7 days and note significant corrections at the end of the article.
